Climate Change Awereness

Climate change is a global issue. As we are all citizens of the world each individual contribution is helpful! Scroll down to see some things you can do in your day to day life.

Tips on how to help tackle the climate change crisis. How YOU can make an impact.

1) Incorporate solar panels into your home

You can do this by looking into local solar panel industries and switching power sources.

2) Make sure your packaged food has a FSC label

This means the materials used in production are recyclable and sustainably sourced.

3) Try switching to public transport

4) Switch your incandescent lightbulbs to LED lights

As LED lights use 90% less energy a simple task such as switching your lightbulbs can help the environment ( and help keep the amazon safe)

5) Recycle! Make sure to use recyclable plastic and keep our oceans safe!

Using a compost bin also helps the amazon a ton!

The Bigger Picture.

NASA's Geological Earth Mapping Experiments can survey critical minerals using advanced airborne imaging. We aim to use this technology to observe the Amazon Rainforest. Our new project “Lungs of the World” will monitor oxygen levels, mineral levels and water levels in the Amazon we will then take any necessary precautions. This large scale project is a way to Save the Lungs of the World and lead us to a better, cleaner future.
